You’d be surprised. The truth is that people who unsubscribe from your email list and reduce its size are a good thing. It means you’re doing something right!

If somebody doesn’t want to receive emails anymore -that’s great because they were uninterested in what you’re selling or offering them anyway. So if someone wants to remove themselves from your mailing list, then let them go!

Unsubscribing is a sign that they aren’t interested in what you have to offer. It will help reduce spam complaints and improve deliverability rates on every single campaign after this one.

Don’t stop these people; instead, give them an option to quickly opt-out of any future messages by clicking on a direct unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email message (like we do).
